| | Went to Dimple Dell in Sandy and ran on the trails while my dad and sis rode. Pretty sick run, there's some nice hills there. It was still kinda snowy and wet but not too bad, 7:08 average pace. Wish we had some legit trails in Lehi

| | Duel meet got moved to next week which is pretty dumb but oh well it's a duel meet. So we just did 7 miles at 7:10 average then 5X150m build ups to get to 8. Biked for 10 minutes then did some pull-ups

| | 4 miles at 7:15 avg pace. First time running in Kinvaras which was sick. Got back and changed into the Newtons. Did a 3 mile circuit workout with 1 barefoot. 1 min exercise, lap or 2, repeat. After that, did a mile and then biked for 10 min

| | Medium mileage at 6:55 average. Went to AF which we haven't done for awhile. First couple miles were rough but felt really good after that. Got back and did 10 min on the bike

| | 2 mile warmup. Changed shoes and started the workout. 2X800, 600, 400, 200 with the 800s and 600s at 2 mile pace and the 400s and 200s at mile pace. 2 min rest in between and 4 min rest in between sets. Splits were 2:20, 1:43, 64, 31 and then 2:19, 1:42, 63, 30. Felt alright and went pretty hard. Shout out to Thom for being an animal and sticking with it. Cooled down to 9 and a half and did a lil on the bike. Some upper body stuff when I got home

| | Don't know if it was a 70 min Saturday or not, hit 105 min. Biked 5 and a half miles to a park along the Jordan River Trail. Left my bike there unlocked but it didn't get stolen. Started running on a trail but it was just a little loop so I went through the neighborhood to another trail. Followed that along Utah Lake in Saratoga. Went through another neighborhood and finally found the trail, took it back to the park. First 3 miles were 6:45s and then picked it up after that, 6:30 avg pace for 9 miles. Biked back home
