| | 1.5 mile warmup. Raced the dream maker, got 8:30. Wind and airport murdered me but happy with the effort. Cool down with Connor Baller, talked about some sick NBA stuff. Half mile barefoot on the turf then 10 min on the bike and some pull-ups.

| | Biked the 3 miles to school for practice. 1 mile warmup, 5X500m at 800 pace with 6 min. semi-active rest in between. Lactic acid buildup and lack of oxygen combined for a rough workout but the longer rest was good. 400 splits were 59, 59, 60, 59, 59 and 500s were 74, 75, 76, 75, and 74. Really fast workout, glad I was mentally strong enough to keep fighting. Cooled down to 8 with .5 barefoot then biked home

| | Ran to Asa's and played some bball. Then finished up miles, 7:10 average. Biked for 15 min and did some upper body

| | Ran 7 on the rail trail at 6:58 average. Then paced Parker on his last 400, got a 67. Quarter mile on the turf then biked for 20.

| | 1 mile warmup to the cemetery. Whistles hills with the last set 20, 25, 30 instead of 15, 20, 25. Took the first set to get the legs warmed up but after that I felt really strong. Jake killed it on the last one which got me fired up, I'm pushing on guts alone and he saved some for the last one. Cooled down to the trails by the spinny park and equestrian arena. 10 min on the bike and some arms. Shoutout to Austin for pouring ice on me while I was doing abs haha it was a toasty day

| | Biked to practice, 1 mile warmup and strides. Workout was 20X400. First 5 were at 5K pace with 45 sec rest, hit 73-75. Next 5 were at 2 mile pace with 1 min rest: 67-69. Then 5 at mile pace with 1:30 rest: 66, 66, 65, 65, 67. Last 5 faster than mile pace with 2 min rest: 63, 63, 63, 63, 60. Switched off pacing with Connor which was great. Felt decent and stayed on pace for the most part. Cooled down on the turf to 8, including a 40 yard race that I barely won haha ate breakfast, rolled out, and went biking on Murdock. Ended up going 12 so 15 miles on the bike today
