Warmed up 2 miles then did 2 sets of 200, 400, 200 at 800 pace for the 200s and mile pace for the 400s. Lunges before and in between sets, rest was 45 sec and 3 min in between sets. Splits were 28, 68, 31 and 30, 64, 30. First set was a little off but second set was great! Pretty easy workout, it was fun and sick to have Connor Baller there! Cool down to 4 with half mile barefoot. Hit the bikes for 45 min then did some squats and pull-ups to get swole
