| | Went to the cabin for Presidents' Day weekend. Ran on the road and was supposed to do a workout but it wasn't in the blog when I checked and we dont have wifi at cabin, so I made my own. But that didn't work cuz my watch died after 2 miles :( so I attempted to do the workout I had planned and just run by feel. Don't know how well that worked but I was still dying. Rough run, happy to get some kind of a workout in

Simplot (2 Miles) 00:09:44, Place overall: 18 | | 2 mile warmup, 1 on the track which felt weird and then one outside. Got out good but zoned out and lost the pack so I ran by myself for over a mile which sucked mentally. On top of that I could feel the Costa Vida I ate two hours before. Didn't go all out cuz I wanted to save something for finals but I still felt pretty crappy. And I didn't make finals by 5 seconds and 4 spots so there goes that. Oh well, live and learn I guess. 4 mile cool down with some hobby jogger guys and then got some sick potato farmer pics. When we got home, Papa Heaps let us try on some of his boosts and they felt amazing. He said he never ran in them so he gave them to us! Pumped to run in those

| | Biked to the Hinckleys then to the Murdock canal. Went down the trail a ways and locked our bikes up at a park. Ran 8 miles at 6:45 average pace, felt fresh. Got back on our bikes and rode home. Ended up being 2 hrs with 14 miles on the bike and the run. Wore the glide boosts and they worked great.
