Mile warmup. Drills then ran to killers. Workout was 8 repeats up from change in pavement to change in pavement, rest was jog back down. First 4 were supposed to be around 1:30, hit 1:17, 1:23, 1:25, 1:30. Next 4 were supposed to be progressively faster, 1:22, 1:22, 1:15, 1:07. Then coach said to keep going until you get one slower so the ninth was 1:03. Fatigue hit on the tenth and I got 1:09. Cool down around the pit with Brecken and Ty.
