Legs felt heavy and calves were really sore today. I think it's because of the form book I just read and I might've been trying to hard to do what it said when my form is actually pretty good already. So I just ran normal today, no worries. Was going to do killers but like I said I was not feeling good so I decided to do a lap around the pit which was awful because of construction and rain recently. After that adventure, did a mile and a half of speed changes around the upper cemetery grass, 5:50 average pace. Did a couple laps around the cemetery, grass felt good on the legs, back to the high school and finished to 9 on the turf. Biked for 30 min with 3 sets of 1 min on, 1 min off, 2 min on, 2 min off. Lifted upper body. Didn't have a lot of energy today, rough day
