Biked to the Hinckleys for French toast and ping pong. Then warmed up 2 miles to the high school, drills and strides. Workout was 5X800 at 2 mile pace with 3 min rest. Splits were 2:22, 2:24, 2:20, 2:19, 2:18. Hard to find the pace and then ended up going faster but it was a good workout. Cooled down to 7 then went to Thom's for protein shake. Rode our bikes from there to Murdock, went out to the cemetery past 1600 N in Orem and back. Ate at the Hinckleys then iced and ride home, about 35 miles on the bike today. Held up pretty well after the speed and pouring concrete this morning. Really fun time
