5 miles with Thom, cut through dry creek park at one point and it was a swamp, totally soaked our shoes. Got back and did the workout 2 sets of 3X200 at mile pace with 90 sec rest and 3 min in between sets. Splits were 32, 33, 33 and 33, 31, 30. Pretty easy, just trying to feel the pace for Friday. Cooled down to 7. Goofed off a bunch today, it was fun. Got rolled out a little and watched jv region
