2 mile warmup and strides. Workout was 4 sets of 200, 400, 200 at mile pace with a minute in between and 3 min. active rest and 15 jump lunges in between sets. Splits were 32, 67, 32, then 32, 66, 31, then 32, 65, 32 and 32, 63, 28. Felt really good and hit the splits I wanted. Cooled down to 6.5, I wore my 1 inch split leg galaxy shorts today and this little kid yelled "Why are you only wearing underwear?! That's bad!!" It was funny. 20 min on the bike after. Good day
