BYU Autumn Classic (3 Miles) 00:15:50, Place overall: 9, Place in age division: 9 | | Epic race today. Felt really good until the last 300 when I got passed by a couple guys. Team performed well, got 3rd behind Davis and Deseret Hills. Shout out to Connor Baller for getting 15:46 and on the podium. And Garek cuz he beat me by a minute haha

| | Biked 6 miles before practice. Warmup to the groval. 3 sets of 100m, 200, 300, 400, 500 up airport. Recovery jog down the hill after each. I've had a cold since Thursday but wasn't too bad. Form and pace felt good. After workout, cooled down back to high school and did abs and hips. 3.5 miles on the bike home.

| | All out 6 min. on the track today. Took turns pacing and hit a mile in 4:51. Ended up getting 2040m which is a little over 1.25 miles. Felt good about it but working with coach to improve my kick. Pumped for Herriman on Friday.

Herriman Invite (3 Miles) 00:17:39, Place overall: 14, Place in age division: 14 | | I'm gonna be honest, the race sucked. Hit 800 to go in a good spot, got a side stitch, couldn't breathe and died. Got passed by a lot of people and was crying and forcing air out as I finished. Never felt like such a failure and never cried that much after a race. Gonna take it easy tomorrow and maybe some of next week. Really disappointed but our team took 2nd so that's good

| | Whistle hills at the cemetery. 3 sets of 15, 20, 25 sec sprint with recovery jog back to start. One 30 sec after the 3 sets. Felt great until the last 25 and the 30. Got a horrible headache and felt light headed but not a bad workout. Finished miles and iced at the spring.

| | 5 x 1 mile repeats at 5K pace with 4 min. rest in between each. Ran them at the cemetery cuz the pit was too muddy so it was a fairly flat course with some gradual uphill and downhill. Had to do them by myself cuz the other guys drove up to sugar house to do them. Went a little too fast but felt fresh and paced pretty good.

| | Drove to Boise and ran the course. Met Pine View coach Holt that was pretty sick. Pre meet was last .37 to the finish in 1:51 and 3 starts. I really like the course. Ready to kill it tomorrow.

Bob Firman (3.1 Miles) 00:15:47, Place overall: 10, Place in age division: 10 | | Sweet race. First mile was hecka fast then slowed down after that but passed a bunch of people. Idk why but stomach felt kinda sick and I wasn't really there mentally. Still had a good race and couldn't have done it without my boy Connor. We cooled down 4 miles after and saw a poor dead frog on the side of the road. Got back and did an interview and kinda got asked to an Idaho homecoming but not really. Went to awards and got a sick backpack and medal. The team got 4th with 116, 7 points behind Davis in 3rd and 12 points behind Timpanogos who won so it was dang close.
