Biked 6 miles before practice. Warmup to the groval. 3 sets of 100m, 200, 300, 400, 500 up airport. Recovery jog down the hill after each. I've had a cold since Thursday but wasn't too bad. Form and pace felt good. After workout, cooled down back to high school and did abs and hips. 3.5 miles on the bike home.
