blah blah blah run today! Yesterday I felt so good, was feeling good in my stride and today was more of a shuffle run the whole time. I might run tomorrow, but no matter WHAT I do, I will be sleeping in!!! 'New' 7 mile loop, out past the new rec center and home...so my favorite hill of death is 1.5 miles of my run, at the end! I do feel good to have it done, and that was the only thing that got me out this morning "you know you'll feel good when it's done!" Shuffle or not, I'm glad I did it...and can still do it! AP: 9:47 splits: 9:17, 9:07, 9:23, 9:58 (flat and a bit up hill), 10:10 (start of the hill), 10:37 (this FULL mile is the constant uphill!), 9:58 (finish the uphill and flat home). Now I'm off to yoga and bike/reading time...oh, and as a side note I SWEAR my belly grew 3 sizes overnight! I feel HUGE this morning!! *8 miles on the bike in 40 minutes - nice and slow on L1. New book started...still not sure how much I'm going to like it*
