Slow, windy, uphill miles today! I was up until 3:00 putting some finishing touches on the girl's room last night (especially the 'drilling' stuff I can't do w/out hubby!), so I slept in :) However, I have a doc's apt at 10:45 that I needed to get to so I had to get up and run before that. Otherwise, I'd have to take a 'non-running' weigh in and I can't do that! AP: 9:44 splits: 10:21, 9:44, 9:29, 9:19 The first 2 miles were ALL uphill, except some of the second - then that was straight into hurricane force headwinds. I felt like it was a good workout, but looking at the paces you'd think I was taking it easy. The 9:19 was 80% downhill, with flat being into the headwind - so you can see the effort was there! But yes, that was the end of it - no gym today so I guess you could call me slacker :)
Now, I'm off to doctor's appointment to make sure Bourne Running is doing well! I will post a pic of 2 of the room later.
