Walked 4 miles Sundridge area (up & down hills) with Rob while the babes were at a golf lesson.
I then ran back home from Sunridge which was almost 4 miles with the first 1.75 miles being down hill. Run pace was 7.53 average due the steep climb down. 77 degrees, beautiful! |

Walked around fountain this evening with Rob while the kids were at their Wed. church program. My ankle is hurting so I'm going to try not to run for a few days (hard).
Worked out with weights when I got home + 20 minutes of Pilates!
