| knee is a little under the weather so I didn't dare run more than a mile. I was able to spend 30 minites on the bike and 30 on the elliptical after doing a lower body and ab workout! |

Not sure why the knee pain is back. Might be from the power walk yesterday not on the TM, or long drive back from Big Fork, knee has usually only been hurting if I'm sitting down!
