Blessed to live in beautiful Fountain Hills, AZ during winter/spring months then in beautiful Idaho Falls, ID in the summer/fall months! Thoroughly enjoy hiking, golfing, and running all year round (not into cold winter sports)! Married to Rob for 22 years ~ Two 19 year old college teens!

Hard run for some reason this morning but first run without ankle pain (yeah-must be the new shoes). Also walked 3 miles with family around fountain afterwards!

I didn't know you were having ankle issues, glad it feels better and I hope that it is indeed the shoes.

Thanks Jeff. Not sure if my inner ankle is hurting from power walking in my MBT's or using not so good running shoes before buying my new pair last week. I had a chance to go to a running store and was the only one in there at that time so I had a lot of time to choose. The salesman even let me run around outside in each pair, very nice. I surprised myself by purchasing Nikes. ususally don't wear those do to being on the narrow side but I LOVE THEM! The store also offers group runs on Tues. & Thurs. evenings, I'd love to join them, but I'll see!

Hope the ankle continues to improve and enjoy the new shoes. Try out some of the group runs, it is nice to run with others to keep you motivated.
