LESS EFFORT ... FASTER PACE ... !
One month ago the same effort, under the same conditions, yielded a 1:20 slower per mile average. I felt much better at the end and actually pushed the pace to a reasonable marathon pace on the last mile. No way I could have done two marathon pace miles but ones a start!

Entered two Half Marathons in the next few months. The first one will basiclly be a training run and hopefully the second will be to push the pace!
I'm unsure about entering Boston this year eventhough I have a qualifying time 20+ minutes faster than my qualifying standard. I would like to go but the expense may keep me from doing it this year.
