Yeah, election results always leave me frustrated, too.

I wouldn't be frustrated. You taxed your body over the weekend with a time trial, had a blazing fast workout on Monday, still ran on Tuesday, and ran again today. Your body's temporarily tired. No worries. You'll be back to feeling good if you take a day off or whatever works best for you to get your mojo back.

LOL...sorry, didn't mean to laugh out loud but the frustration had nothing to do with running :-) all to do with happenings yesterday. Running was great, I'm going to run a quick tempo run tomorrow and I'm ready for it.

Hilarious! I thought you were complaining about a good pace. Yup, I'm in the same frustrated place about the election results. My last Facebook status last night was "The good news is that Biden is a moron and we'll see 2 new people running in 4 years."

Now you're getting me worried about 4 years from now :-(

Or, if the Benghazi issue continues to escalate to Watergate proportions we could end up with "President Biden" :O
IJR, could be worse. You could live in Washington with me, RT and Carl. I think maybe two things/people I voted for passed yesterday.

Joe, funny, I flipped over to yours and sure enough IJR had you beat, unless "AP" counts as a word.
