4 mile TM run today as I couldn't get motivated to go outside in the wind. It was a hard run, though, I was aiming for 5, but did a preset performance workout that kept putting the incline to 12. I pooped out at 4!
Ran outside today, wasn't sure where I was going, so ended up doing a longer version of a run from last week. Pretty tired, super sweaty, but am glad to get a run in since missing yesterdays run.
