Ran the SLC 5k today. I just used it as a training run, so didn't taper or anything. FInished in 20:20 which isn't too bad considering I didn't really take it easy. I think I'm gonna drop some of the strength training over the next few months and up the mileage/intensity of my runs. Should result in a much better time than today.
