Didn't get my second run in yesterday because I was caught up watching the DNC. Today I went over to Sunnyside park for a fartlek workout. I did a mile and a half warm up then stretched while I figured out how to turn on the alarm thing on my garmin. Once I figured that out, I did 8X1on/1off. I got 2.3 miles in. Then I cooled down around Sunnyside park until I got to 5 miles. I felt really good during this run. I forgot how much I really like fartlek workouts. I am finally feeling like a runner again.
