Ran from my house over to 4500 south, down to 1100 east, over to Cottonwood complex. This put me at 1.5 miles. I stretched for a couple minutes which felt amazing. Then I did the first mile and a half of the regions course which was WAAAAAY hot. Ran home after. Did my core. Felt amazing today. The only problem was the heat. Morning runs start tomorrow.
