Ragnar run

My first leg was 7.32 miles with a net elevation gain of 1445 in 59:55  with an avg pace of 8:11, starting at 3:25 PM

2nd leg was 11.55 miles with a net elevation gain of 300 in 89:30 with an avg. pace of 7:45, starting at 11PM.  Unfortunately, my leg started cramping and then I started to get a litte bit of an upset stomach so I ended up running this one slower than I'd hoped.

Last of my ragnar legs was 9.93 miles long with an net elevation loss of 2,190 in 75:05 for an avg. pace of 7:34 starting at 11:35am.  Unfortunately, my leg tightened up and I had to keep the pace much slower than I'd like.

Ragnar lessen for old people that get upset stomaches if they run to hard.  Run the first two legs slower than race pace so your stomach doesn't get upset or you don't get cramped legs so the final leg of the race you can still push it hard.

Our coed team finished in 29:57
