Morning run, temp. 70'
I had energy this morning but my hamstings were tight. I totally disregarded the hamstings because they've been tight before and ran near marathon pace. After 3 miles my right hammy had had it. I thought maybe it just needed to lossen up. So I stopped and tried to stretch a little and rested and walked a bit but it didn't let up. I'm guessing I tore the muscle enough to cause pain. So I limped home at near 9 minute miles.
