5 min. on the bike & elipitcal. Two miles on the treadmill in 14:50.
Less than 50 miles for the month with a 3-4 lbs weight gain. I think I could get use to less exersize and more icecream and candybars.

Sounds like a good training plan Terry with the low miles and high treat intake. I think you should follow that program the next 7 months and then run UVM with me in June.

I'm glad you got those .25 threshold miles in! You wouldn't want to have 2 whole miles of "easy"!

I was debating whether to push .25 at threshold after such a long run, but I dug down deep and found the strength.
