Morning run, temp. 69'

I'm considering doing the 10K on July 25th but I wanted to get a long run in so I did it this morning, getting up at 4AM, to give me time to recover by race date. 

After waking up I chugged 32 oz of powerade and took off with a banana in hand.  Around the second mile I ate the banana.  With 2 mile left I finally got to take off the head lamp.  It was nice to get home.  I was thirsty.

Nice run Terry. Sounds like maybe the back is doing pretty good now? I probably should have done like you and got up bright and early and got my long run out of the way today. Guess I'll just try running real nice and easy tomorrow and hopefully by Monday I'll be ready for a decent race.

Too bad you're not doing the Speedy Spaniard!
