Noon run, sunny, temp. 48'

I did a couple of Qtr's at 86 & 79 and a faster paced mile at 6:32.  I like the cooler temps for running.

Time 62:45,  Mile avg. - 7:18

Coach Tom, what time should I shoot for a the UVM?

I'll answer for Tom, how about 2:5X:XX (give or take)

I think I can run at 2:5X pace for 16-20 miles but then my legs always cramp up. I haven't figured out how to fix this problem yet.

Terry maybe go out at around 3 hour pace or a little slower then at the 1/2 way point drop the hammer? I wonder if you go out a little conservative maybe you won't cramp as bad later?

Regardless, I know you'll make us proud Terry!
