Today was a recovery run. The tendon-bum-itis didn't like me running a half marathon Saturday. I'll have to be nice to my legs and stretch a little more.

Sorry to hear about the bum-itis (hope it's not catching :) Looks like your training has been pretty consistent. I'd hoped to be ready for the Provo Half as well, but I'm not there yet. What's the name of your team for the WBR?
