Noon run, sunny, temp 45'

I was thinking I'd run easy today and push it tomorrow, but when I got outside and the temperature was near perfect I changed my mind.  I also threw in 1 very fast mile at to see what I could do and I got a 6:24.  That made me happy knowing I'm getting a little speed back.

Time 43:42,  Mile avg. - 7:17

Terry I know just what you mean with the sunshiney day making you want take off running hard. I was feeling pretty good about my 7:29 average but I see you did 7:17. But I guess I did go 3 miles farther.

Nice job getting below 6:30 on the fast mile. You should come and run Rex Lee 10K with me and we could see if we could average sub-6:30 for 6.2 :)

Nice 9 mile average Tom.

I think I'll pass on the Rex Lee 10K. I think the odds are still in your favor. A month ago it was 95 to 5% in your favor. I think a 10K right now is still 70% in your favor. I need another month to even out the odds.
