I was hoping the storm would let up but I couldn't wait any long and just had to run in the snow. It did quit after 6 miles.
Coach Tom, how do I get rid of the Bum-itis.

Terry the thing that helps me most is NOT doing speedwork in the morning or when I'm not good and warmed up first.
Also getting up an moving/walking around often (every hour or so) at work and so I'm sitting on the fanny for long periods of time. Long road trips can be the worst.
I think lots of variation in the runs helps to - mix of hills, speed, distance, etc.
And finally working the hammies over regularly with the "Stick" seems to help.
I find icing to be pretty much useless on the bum-itis. I think once you get the itis then you're past the point of icing helping anything.

Good advice Tom, I just can't be lazy enough not to do anything about it.
