I ran with a running group again. In typical fashion I tried to talk myself out of a group run, but upon completion was grateful that I went with them. A friend and I met earlier to warm-up. As I age it takes me longer to settle into my stride. The 6 miles at this faster pace was relatively easy. On my own, I would nt have achieved this pace.
