- I accidently turned off my Garmin at 4 miles, but it turned out a good thing. I was able to see that my final four miles were faster than the first 4. My legs were not as tired today as I did not do a leg workout prior to running!

I wish that my tempo run was easier, but it was pretty rough. The first 3 miles were difficult. The final 4 miles felt more maneageble.

- This run felt so fabulous. I felt light as a feather and as fast as a cheetah. That is until I saw my overall average pace on the Garmin!
- I know that I am gaining and improving in my fitness, It is just a slow process. I don't mind aging, but getting back to where I used to be is much harder now.

| Treadmill Workout:
- My workout was a hodgepodge of many paces. It was hard, medium, and easy all rolled up into one. I'm not really sure what I was doing, but the treadmill program constantly changed and I just ran. I can't say that I currently like being on the treadmill, but I do like this Nordic Track upgrade that automatically changes my speed.
