- This workout also felt really good. I could have pushed myself more on the speed a touch more. I woke to snow this morning! Most of it melted by mid-morning, but then we experienced blizzard conditions for about twenty minutes late in the afternoon. Mother Nature is really messed up!
- There are 156 days until my local marathon. I need to decide if I'm going to bump down to the half-marathon since I got into the Chicago Marathon.
