8am - Good hill workout today. I ran with the team and we did 3 sets of 800m, 400m, and 200m. First a 2 mile warmup then the workout. I was just feeling medium good today but i pushed hard up with Abel. My last set was especially good. 2 miles cool down. My body was beat after. 9.25 total
4pm - 3 mile loop what I'm gonna call the golf course loop. because I did a full loop around the front nine of green springs. It was good. I did yoga after.
