8am - 6 400's. They were extremely hard. they were supposed to be at 800m race pace. They were all a bit slower than that but I wont say its a failed workout. I was left dead tired when we were. done. 2 miles warm up and cool down.
3pm - I did 3 miles over by red hills parkway. I went up gravevine, then turned and went under the freeway and just kind of explored. It was pretty good.
