3pm - 8*200m. Race pace minus 3-4 seconds so I was going for about 27s. Today was quite a windy day. Not too bad since it kept it cool along with some clouds. My foot was sore throughout the day and on the warmup but during the workout it held up good. I got 27, 26, 27, 27, 28, 30, 30, 28. It was pretty hard. cooled down a mile and half. and warmed up a mile and half. good day.
