3pm- 1000m repeats was what I did today with the track team. 4 of them, and then 2 all out 300's after. 1000 meter times were 3:20, 3:28, 3:27, 3:40. My 300 meter times were 45 and 49. i did okay on this workout. My last 1000 I always die. i really need to bring something to eat before practice so I can finish these workouts without my legs falling apart. |
