Am -  Easy 4 miles. 

Pm -  Long run this afternoon with Paul and Julien.  Skylar and Jason ran with us for 3 miles then they didn't.  We ran all over a bunch of random places towards the dump, Hell Hole, Coral Canyon, and Highland Park.  It was fairly sucky and windy.  Ended up with a bunch of salt caked on my face.  Hard run and long day but hard things make champions so it's all good.  10.6 miles.
