Am - right hip felt very tight and weird and it feels like it's affecting the rest of my leg. No good. 3 miles
Pm - got in a 2 mile warmup. Then our workout was 200's at 800 race pace but a few seconds faster. I ran the first few, my it felt like my hip had just gave out. Such a horrible and weird and painful feeling. So I went in the locker and went balls to the walls on a foam roller. My butt area and stuff is freakin sore. 2.5 miles.
