Early morning out'n'back to Pineview. Perfect temps supposed to be a cooker of a week though. Here's hope'n. 8:20 avg. leg was all over the map.
Early morning 4.08 Ran to Pineview and back... Cool moment of the run - starteled a red fox a few feet away from me - I think it was chasing vols or something. 2 miles under 8. Avg 8:03 for the run. I think those jedi mind tricks are working...
