Another Buffalo run 25k in the books. I knew this one was going to hurt due to lack of training, but I knew I needed to get it done. Headed out to the island with gdoc. I think I heard there were 350ish runners so, a pretty good crowd. Wanted to stay relatively conservative at the start and then try and speed up if possible. hehehhee. Lot's o' wind blowing every which direction, but the sun was shining so, a great day on the trails. BroMan G' brought it home strong. I was hoping to be around 2:40 so, I'll take 2:42 - After party always great.

Looks like I averaged around 9:50 a mile

I had the total Ascent at 2463 feet

Sweet times...was perfect outing for the weekend. Thanks for the room and the food and blood and guts and cloven head and amputated arms...Strong run as always bro
