Personal:
The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. You don't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.
After a 22.5 Hr shift at work.. and a couple hour crash hit the North Arm for some much needed fresh air!
Tried out the newly outfitted sheetmetal blinged out Cascadia's.. worked like a champ.
