Got up early so I hit the Tm for another 4 miles. 1 - 7:47 2 - 7:30 3 - 7:07 Chad inspired me to step up the last mile 4 - 6:35 all with a 1.0 incline.
Ended the day with an hour of Pilates propulsion style!
I need to get that incline up, i am too lazy, i like the flat ground! feels good to push the speed? I guess SPEED is relatively speaking for us guys!! I have noticed a difference in the few times i have done it!
