The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. You don't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.

Ah.. The Blue Dome. Was headed to Rainbows after work when I got a call from Shane saying he was headed there too, so headed out North on the BST. On the first big climb I noticed some mtn bikers had about a half mile head start so, the game was on. I knew I had about a mile and a half to catch them since it's all uphill (for the most part) - past two of them just past mile 1 and caught the lead guy around 1.5 - Sweet. I finally tracked Shane down around mile 4.

On the way back we ran into a whole crew of HUMR's..
