How sweet it is...Got out a little early so, I decided to do the Rainbows to Malans Peak again. Felt really good overall. You forget how steep that sucka is. The section right after the lookout-Youch! And to top it all off that grinder at the top - I can't believe Bryce can maintain a run up that whole thing..Very impressive.

From Rainbows to Summit was 1:08. From Summit to Rainbows was 40 (lot's and lot's of Mtn Biker crossings) can't blame them the trail and weather is about as perfect as it can be!

I had the ascent at 3253.

Nice job O! that's seriously fast from Rainbow. I think it took me 1:08 from there to 27th on the night I ran Indian, seriously, that climb outa the parking lot seems like it's 10 miles. Nice vert too! that's a Lewis equivelant.

I feel like a total loooooser for not getting you out with us this morning! Wasn't sure it was going to happen until Thursday, and I just got too busy and lost track of ya there buddy. Call in sick next week and come hit BL with us if it happens. I'm such a freak'en tard!
