Cold Early morning run with Booth. We did the Shane/Stk Center/Island 10k. Good conversational pace. Avg 8:16. Need to focus on some speed work as much as I try an avoid it!
Way to get outside this morning. I'm wishing I would have instead of the TM. You're right I must learn to become one with the TM and then all will be good in the universe. Are you buying this crap?
