30 minutes of biking, 60 minutes of elliptical, 4X4 minutes of running. My hip was a tad on the tight side but probably not from today, more likely it was from playing dodgeball last night. There is a dodgeball tournament fundraiser going on at our kids school right now and one of the players on Aaron's team was injured in the game earlier this week. I couldn't resist jumping in last night's game for a bit. I haven't felt that much adrenaline in months!! We won by a long shot and made it into the FINAL next Wednesday. |
