Felt really good this morning. Like I'm getting fitter.

Got this workout idea from Brad Hudson's book, Running Faster From 5K to the Marathon.

10 miles with 30 seconds at 5K pace every 3 minutes. I didn't look at my watch meticulously to do them exactly every 3 minutes...they were probably more like every 2 minutes. And I didn't time the intervals, I just counted 60 strides. That was easier than looking at my watch every few seconds. Ended up giving me some pretty fast miles though. Sub-7:00 pace for the run.

Ha ha. I used workouts from that exact same book. I was hoping it would help with my specific pace training. He's got some good stuff!
