A.M. 6 miles in 7:05 pace Did my run on the treadmill at FAC since it was pretty slick out and I figured one fall per day is sufficient for me (I slipped on my own driveway while shoveling the snow this morning). P.M. 4 miles in 7:15 pace Nice easy afternoon run from my house. I love that there is a Boulder City Ordinance requiring people to shovel the sidewalk in front of their houses. It makes for a much more dry and pleasant afternoon run when the snow is cleared and the sun melts the remaining residue. The temp is supposed to get up to 51 degrees again tomorrow which means bye bye snow...again. Gotta love this snow/melt cycle. |
