Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.

Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.
Personal:
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

AM: 3 mile jog, weights.
AM: 9.5 eliptical miles, 1 mile row.
AM: 8 miles around Liberty Park. 46th consecutive Christmas Run.
We had a very quiet Christmas. Both Ann and Abby worked last night. All 19 beds were filled in the ICU so all those people plus their families got to spend Christmas in the ICU.
AM: 4 mile eliptical, weights.
AM/PM: Walked 10 miles. 5 in the AM fefore our flight, 5 in the PM in Pismo Beach, CA.
AM: 8 miles on the eliptical and a sauna at the stellar Pismo Beach Athletic Club, America's best hotel gym.
